The President is responsible for planning and facilitating all chapter meetings and induction ceremonies. This includes setting the agenda, guiding discussions, and ensuring that meetings run smoothly and efficiently. The President serves as the primary representative of the chapter and works closely with other officers and members to uphold the mission and values of Psi Chi.

The Vice President focuses on planning and facilitating non-meeting events for the chapter. This includes organizing social events, community service activities, workshops, and other events that contribute to the chapter's goals and members' development. The Vice President works in tandem with the President to ensure a cohesive and engaging chapter experience.

The Treasurer is responsible for managing the chapter’s financial records and overall budget. This includes overseeing the chapter budget, collecting membership dues, tracking expenses, and maintaining clear, accurate financial documentation. The Treasurer ensures that all financial processes are organized, transparent, and up to date. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and accountability to support the financial health of the chapter.

The Scribe is responsible for maintaining the chapter’s administrative records and coordinating meeting and event logistics. This includes tracking attendance, recording meeting minutes, and ensuring all chapter documentation is accurate and up to date. In addition, the Scribe coordinates and secures spaces for meetings and events by submitting reservation requests and communicating with campus offices. This role requires strong organization, timeliness, and clear communication to support the smooth operation of the chapter.

The Senior Marketing Officer is responsible for overseeing the chapter’s marketing, outreach, and recruitment efforts across both Psi Chi and the Psychology Club. This includes creating and updating promotional materials, managing and maintaining the organizations’ social media presence, and ensuring the website is current, accurate, and engaging. In addition, the Senior Marketing Officer develops strategies to increase visibility, attract new members, and promote events and initiatives to the broader campus community. This role requires creativity, initiative, strong communication skills, and attention to detail to effectively represent the organizations and support their continued growth and engagement.
