The President is responsible for planning and facilitating all chapter meetings and induction ceremonies. This includes setting the agenda, guiding discussions, and ensuring that meetings run smoothly and efficiently. The President serves as the primary representative of the chapter and works closely with other officers and members to uphold the mission and values of Psi Chi. The President also presides over the Leadership Committee, alongside the Vice President and Faculty Advisor.

The Vice President focuses on planning and facilitating non-meeting events for the chapter. This includes organizing social events, community service activities, workshops, and other events that contribute to the chapter's goals and members' development. The Vice President works in tandem with the President to ensure a cohesive and engaging chapter experience. The Vice President also presides over the Leadership Committee, alongside the President and Faculty Advisor.

The Treasurer is responsible for managing the chapter's financial resources. This includes handling the budget, collecting membership dues, overseeing expenses, and maintaining accurate financial records. The Treasurer ensures that the chapter operates within its budget and that all financial transactions are transparent and well-documented.

The Scribe is in charge of all chapter documentation, including maintaining the point system, tracking attendance, and recording the minutes of each meeting. This role requires attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure that all records are accurate and up to date. The Scribe also communicates important information to chapter members and assists in the documentation of chapter activities.

The Social Media and Marketing Leader is responsible for managing the chapter's online presence and promoting chapter events and initiatives. This includes creating and scheduling posts on social media platforms, designing promotional materials, and engaging with the online community. The role involves collaborating with other officers to ensure consistent messaging and effective communication with both current members and potential recruits. This position works directly with the President, Vice President, and Faculty Advisor.

The Psi Chi Historian is tasked with documenting the chapter's activities and preserving its history. This includes taking photos at events, compiling records of chapter achievements, and maintaining a historical archive. The Historian also reports the history of Psi Chi at induction ceremonies and plays a key role in educating psychology students on the history and significance of Psi Chi. Additionally, the Historian may create newsletters or yearbooks to celebrate the chapter's milestones and share its story with members and alumni. This position works directly with the President, Vice President, and Faculty Advisor.

The Diversity Leader focuses on promoting inclusivity and ensuring that the chapter's activities and membership reflect a diverse range of perspectives. This role involves organizing events and initiatives that highlight the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the chapter and the broader community. The Diversity Leader may collaborate with other organizations and faculty to make Psi Chi more inclusive and representative of the entire student body. Additionally, they help the chapter engage more effectively with the community, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for all members. This position works directly with the President, Vice President, and Faculty Advisor.

The Social Event Leader is responsible for planning and coordinating social activities that build camaraderie among chapter members. This includes organizing events such as mixers, game nights, and outings that provide opportunities for members to connect and engage outside of formal meetings. The Social Event Leader ensures that these social events also relate to psychology in some way, enhancing the educational experience. This position works directly with the President, Vice President, and Faculty Advisor.
